Run Valdr (which means "Rune Power" or "Rune Authority) is a system of energy healing and spiritual development that employs the ancient Norse Runes with additional channelled symbols of power.
The Norse Runes are more than simply 'letters' or an 'alphabet' (although they were used for writing). They were also symbols of power, each depicting and evoking another facet or component of the Universal Light souped up that permeates all of creation. These symbols were used for many purposes including healing, protection and magick.
